A Pvt. Ltd. company is going to change its name. What about its liabilities to its banker?
Since we received a request from our client to issue NOC for change of its name. Of course the company is following all the mandatory formalities.
So, from bankers point of view what precautions shall we have to take.
Please advise.

You do not have to take any precaution as such. You inform the change to bankers and they will take care of their property by asking you to sign the declarations.
