single company and their separate premises then company liable to get separate registraion ?

No separate registration required for separate premises if all are in same state.

But if unit is menufacturer and both are separate unit menufacturing

If they are multiple business verticals then you can opt for multiple registrations. If not then only 1 registration per state.
