14 March 2014 you started with....tell me 1 entry..... then you ran towards...LTD company........now asking ONLY VENTURE COMPANY.......What is your exact problem Dear? Are you a question paper setter who never gets satisfied with any??? Hahahaha... Take it lightly. (Most of the times the financial institutions put this conditions of conversion of loan into equity.)
