The sales value of goods is Rs.10000.
The "packing & forwarding expense" of it is Rs.400.
The total sales is recorded at Rs.10400.
The sales invoice as well as the sales entry in the books of accounts shows the bifurcation of Rs.10400.
The Excise duty should be levied on Rs.10000 or Rs.10400???
