In Sales Tax Assessment for the year 2003-04, the AO has taken 25% of Repairs & Maintenance as URD Purchases and charged 14.3%. Is there any chance for me to appeal for the same?

Yes definately you can file an appeal against the order of the AO.
However, you will need to have details (including documentary evidence that your unregistered purchases are less than 25% of the total Repairs and Maintenance.
