if a dealer issued invoice with gst but gst registration no. has not been issued .what is the solution for this problem

if it is July month's sale, the supplier must have received the number, else you need to pay GST treating him as unregistered supplier

if buyer will pay than can he get input credit or not? can we revise the invoice ?

If paid on RCM basis by the buyer, he can claim ITC
