Letter of undertakeing

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
If you registered for GST on March 27th and have export bills dated March 31st but haven't filed a Letter of Undertaking (LUT), you have a few options. You can still apply for an LUT and request condonation for the delayed filing, referencing government circulars. Alternatively, you may need to pay IGST on your exports and then claim a refund.
