21 October 2013 Under New Companies act 2013, Auditor need to be appointed for a period of five years and it is subject to ratification at every AGM. In such case, Please provide me with draft of letter of appointment under new companies act

21 October 2013 MCA not yet notified and made effective about provisions of appointment of auditors under new company Act

hence there is no change in appointmnet of auditor provisions
