kya shipping bill of export and let export of order different hote hai.Please tell me

kindly Note that shipping bill date is date where the custom supply the date to the cha / exporter & note that it is difference from LEO date.
Date of let export date means, the date on which the export customs clearance procedures completed with customs. Once after movement of cargo at export customs location and after completion of necessary export legal procedures by filing shipping bill and other required documents with customs, the customs officials approves to move goods outside India, by signing on shipping bills and other documents. This approval is called ‘let export’ order.
