if the partnership deed registered as on stamp duty date and mentioned as partnership is effective from five months prior to stamp duty date, does the transactions before registered date is legally enforceable

Thank you Sir, transactions means financial transactions with third parties between effective date and registered are legally enforceable? Can the partnership name in pan can be changed by including "And" instead of "&" symbol and later updated pan can be submitted to bank for updating current account KYC

Registration of the Partnership deed is not mandatory. However, it is advisable to register the deed.
So in your case, you can update the PAN card based on the unregistered deed.
