Hi,
I need some advice. My dad passed away in Qatar in June 2014. For full and final settlement, the Qatari court is asking for a Legal Heirship Certificate from the Indian Court.
I want to know if I can get this certificate for use in Qatari Court?
How do I obtain this certificate? I LIVE IN MUMBAI..
