14 August 2017 this link contains only affidavit but i need format of legal heir certificate because in my hometown tehsildar dont have any format of it because he has not done this work before as he said.

14 August 2017 Use same language for legal heir certificate. Same is acceptable in IT Deptt.

16 August 2017 actually, i have already done that but they are rejected it with noting that this is an affidavit.kindly attach legal heir certificate.
