If a website uploads video advertisments of various companies like Hindustan unilever. Dabur, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen etc without their permission but only for the betterment of such companies, whether this would be legal and can such companies claim on such website for using their video advertisments ?
and what would be the case if such website is earning revenues from such video advertisments but used for the betterment of such companies ?

If you are uploading any video without permission forget from reputed companies , you are liable for punishment.. Cases can be registered against you under Cyber Crime and you will be in trouble. If you take the permission whether you earn or not the companies will charge you as they have incurred huge cost for the advertisement and videos shooting. So take the permission and then do it.
