29 September 2014 my company is a manufacturing company engaged in manufacturing of Tobacco, scented elaichi, scented supari, candies etc in noida, uttar pradesh.
We have taken registration/license under SIA, factories act, noc from pollution and under food safety for food products.

Now my query, is there any other law/act in which registration/ licensing is required for the company. Company is large scale company.

kindly help me so that I can make my Company fully complied with law.

04 October 2014 Also collect Registration under shop n establishment act from local municipality. Also check whether provident fund and ESI act is applicable on your establishment. If yes then get it registered.

04 October 2014 One more point-
There are lots of compliances which r applicable on a manufacturing company under laboyr law. So I would suggest you to get in touch with an experienced labour law consultant who will manage all the labour law compliances.
