What happen the member sold all the shares to other and exit the company. Then what happen to ledger folio number of the company Register?

That will remain as zero holding.

Required to know what happen to the ledger Folio Serial number in the register.

Once serial number allotted it can't be reallotted again cancel the folio.

The ledger folio number will remain forever with new holdings. When you allot the shares to the new shareholder, a new ledger folio will be used for him
