07 May 2022 I am partner is a CA firm book, now want to leave as partner and want to start my own practice. Other partner and incharger partners if not give consent. Then how will I leave partnership firm and how will icai help me.

07 May 2022 Partnership is at will. Any time you can leave the partnership. Prepare a withdrawal letter or notice serve to other partners.

07 May 2022 Sir ,I heard only partner incharge remove name by OTP process. And he is not doing this.

08 May 2022 Make a complaint with concerned regional office.
