Leaving CA after PCC, transfer or termination?

21 September 2009 If a student wants to leave CA after PCC (for own reasons) , should he ask for the termination of articleship from his employer? Will he get any kind of experience certificate? Afterall, he has invested one & a half year of his life in his training.

Pls help.........

21 September 2009 You can take termination from your employer in the prescribed form of ICAI. I think its number is 108, but I am not sure. Keep one copy with you. There is no such experience certificate in existence, but you can use the name and experience of that CA firm in your Bio data. It will be equally considered. And for a proof, the copy of that Termination form can be produced.
