Leaves in industrial training

13 August 2014 Sir please provide me the exact no of leaves which i can take undergoing industrial training... And also out of 154 leaves how much i can take in my 2 years articleship period as i'v been moving towards industrial training after completing 2 yrs of articleship... Please provide me ur valuable rply??

13 August 2014 the leaves are counted over a period of three years. The exact number of maximum leaves (which don't result in extension) is 156 days. so take 2/3 of the same in 2 years!

with regards to industrial training, please note that companies follow their own HRA rules which vary from company to company. So hard to say how many leaves will the company where you join will allow
