02 November 2008 As per regulation 59 and 74 one-sixth of the period for which he/she has actually served,excluding from such period the period for which he/she has been on leave,subject to a maximum of 180 days.

03 November 2008 It is not clear whether the querrist is a member or a student of CA, whether undergoing articles or fresher yet to be registered. The querry seems to get the reply without any effort to go through the regulations or the relevant material.
