I need to calaculate LTC for an employee.
He has submitted his details of Travelling follows
Chandigarh – Delhi ( By Taxi )
Delhi – Trivandrum ( By Air )
Trivandrum – Poovar ( By Taxi )
Poovar – Varkala ( By Taxi )
Poovar – Kanyakumari ( By Taxi)
Kanyakumari – Poovar ( By Taxi )
Poovar - Rameshwaram – Madurai ( By Taxi )
Madurai – Pondicherry ( By Taxi )
Pondicherry – Chennai ( By Taxi )
Chennai – Goa ( By Air )

Definetely it is not LTC for home town
.

so check in LTC application and see for what purpose she is claiming LTC
.

however
.
1)no need to pay for taxi fare, road journey allowed only if it is govt travels. however taxi fare may be given only for disabled employees
.

2)airtravel fare by air india is allowed. incase of air travel by other than air india may be compared with LTC-80 scheme,or if less than fares of air india it is allowed
