My client travelled with his family from Delhi to Mumbai and from Mumbai to Patna and claimed LTA for the same. Is he admissible for the same or the to and fro round trip required for claiming the same.An urgent reply will be appreciated.

actual travel within India while on leave allowed is as exemption under IT Act.round trip is not required
