Rspected sir,
I want information about leave permissible to an article clerk.
on our website it is give it will be calculated at the rate one sixth of the total period served.
I want to know the exact method of calculation of Leave period. is leave taken for examination is calculated and it includes examination days also.

If you have served 18 months excluding leave then you are eligible for 18 m * 1/6 = 3 months leave.
When you appear for exams then the entire period of the examination from the first paper to the last paper you have attempted is on duty. i.e. not calculated in leave.
