If a government employee retires on voluntary retirement on 16 July forenoon , how many days of EL will he b entitled to during the half year?

EL normally calculated one Day every 20 days worked (EXCLUDING SUNDAY OR HOLIDAY ) FOR GOVERNMENT WORKER earned leave in advance, in two instalments of 15 days each on 1st January and 1st July of every calendar year.
