09 September 2018 EL normally calculated one Day every 20 days worked (EXCLUDING SUNDAY OR HOLIDAY ) FOR GOVERNMENT WORKER earned leave in advance, in two instalments of 15 days each on 1st January and 1st July of every calendar year.
