Dear Experts,
We are follow FY year April to March and company leave policy Jan to Dec.
I wanted to know, is there any discrepancy (Implementing of books) arriving of provision i.e. leave encasement

No any problem as such. In fact that is how it is in MOST of the Private as well as Govt Companies.
