Leave period in articles time is it proportinate

25 July 2014 hi friends I am working in ca offce as an article and I am in final year now, my article ship will complt by dec 31st 2014. my articles period is 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2014. I hav wrked in my previous ofce from 01.01.2013 to 22.10.2013 and then I hav joined in my current ofce taking transfer from 23.10.2013. now my principal is saying dat I am not eligible for 6 mnths study leave, as I hav nt wrked here continously in curent ofce since starting of my articleship. she is saying proportionate leav of d days wrked in curent ofce only eligible fr leav. please help me in dis. thanks in advance

26 July 2014 there is no such rule. however, for exams the principal has option of allowing only 3 months leave at a time.
