Sir,
I am living in a house owned by my father and I am paying rent to him.
My first question is what is the maximum and minimum period for which a leave & licence agreement can be made?
Secondly, what are the conditions I have to fulfil to claim HRA benefits from my company as I am paying rent to my father?
I am getting HRA in my salary.

with father .and make payment by bank
