a company has purchased land on lease for 90 years. my query is that whether lease payment which is made one time is to be taken as deduction in the same year of payment or divided in years of lease period........ please quote relevent section of incometax....pls answer keeping in view income tax act......thanx in advance

Accounts- Shukla & Agrawal

Auditing- VK Agarwal OR Padhuka

Law- Munish Bhandari OR M.P. Vijaykumar

Ethics & Communication- M.P. Vijaykumar OR Padhuka

Costing- S.N. Maheshwari & Padhuka

F.M.- Saxena & Vashist & Padhuka

Taxation- T.N.Manoharan/ Dr.Vinod Singhania/Girish Ahuja

Information Technology- Pahuka

Strategic Management- Paduka

Also refer Scanners and Suggested Answer issued by ICAI for previous year exams and revised them properly.
