I have my exam in may 2013. with the passing of new companies bill, how will it effect my syllabus? should i start preparing for it now or should i wait for the amendments?

you shall start prepare now ....new company bill will not applicable till nov 2013 examination.

The process of notifying the new act is very lengthy and very uncertain. So I would advise you to use this time to develop ur interest in Law and start final preparation after May 2012 attempt.
