05 December 2011 I have my exam in may 2013. with the passing of new companies bill, how will it effect my syllabus? should i start preparing for it now or should i wait for the amendments?

07 December 2011 The process of notifying the new act is very lengthy and very uncertain. So I would advise you to use this time to develop ur interest in Law and start final preparation after May 2012 attempt.
