24 September 2013 whether co's act 2013 applicable for may2014 final exams?? is there any noti. provided for the same by institute..?? if yes please provide link for the same..thanx....

24 September 2013 New Act is not applicable for November 2013 exam. You have to wait for the applicability of the same for May 2014 exam.

24 September 2013 no company act 2013 will not be applicable for november 2013 exam of ca & cwa dec2013 also

04 October 2013 You should keep in mind that any notification issued prior to 6 months of the examination is to be taken into consideration. Since companies act, 2013 is hardly few months old and has not completed 6 months you rest assured that no question will come from this act in Nov. 2013 exam.
