Latest fvu & items allowed in nature of payment in form 27q

we have one company who is in business of textile & they are exporting ready made garments. we have to make payment for Testing charges of fabric to hongkong company.we have already paid TDS @27.0375(25%TDS+5%SC on TDS+ 3% EC on TDS& SC). now while preparing TDS return for 4 th quarter when we are selecting nature of payment as Testing charges following message is coming
AS per latest FVU & Data Structure, only following items allowed in Nature of payment
1.COMMISSION
2.DIVIDEND
3.FEES FOR TECHNICAL SERVICES/FEES FRO INCLUDED SERVICES
4.INTEREST PAYMENT
5.INVESTMENT INCOME
6.LONG TERM CAPITAL GAINS
7.PAYMENT TO SPORT PERSONS & ARTISTS
8.ROYALTY
9.SHORT TERM CAPITAL GAINS
10.WINNING FROM HORSE RACES
11.WINNING FROM LOTTERIES,CROSSWORDS PUZZLES,CARD GAMES AND OTHER GAMES OF ANY SORT
12.OTHER INCOME/OTHER(NOT IN NATURE OF INCOME)
we are paying for Testing charges. now for Filling form 27Q what should i take for testing charges. which head i need to choose from the following head?
