Late submission of Itrv

Dear experts,
Assessee has sended itrv to banglore after 120 days of filling the return..on website it is showing itrv received after due date..as this is the case of refund whether return will be processed and assessee will get refund.

ITR will not be processed for itrv received after due date. File return again and send itrv within due date.

but original return filled after due date so what to do in this case.

No problem original return filed will be treated as return not filed. So file it again as original return.
