I want to know the procedure for late submission of GSTR-1 for the month of Aug/Sep/Oct.There are no transaction for the said periods..

last date is 31dec so its on time.

No need to worry for the above said periods GSTR 1...
The date is extended to 31st December 2017. You can file in or before 31st December....
