Late submission of form no.109 after one month

22 February 2014 sir I submitted the form No. 109 along with form No.103 after 32 days along with request of condone of delay of present employer.
what happen in this case.

22 February 2014 nothing happens. Since you have submitted the condonation application, ICAI will process it as any other Form 109. Dont worry

28 February 2014 check whether any condonation fees is also applicable or not in this case.

please note that 109 doesnt come under condonation process. please refer http://icai.org/resource_file/7558cbrnfst.pdf for details on condonation for other forms
