Late submission of form 103

12 July 2017 Dear Sir/Madam,
My Articleship registration form no 103 has been signed by the employer on 21/04/2017 but i couldn't submit it due to some medical circumstances. now, How can I submit my form 103 and What documents should be enclosed. If there is any fee please intimate me.
Please reply ASAP.

12 July 2017 you can submit the same requesting for condonation of delay. The said letter may be made on plain paper.
delay of beyond 30 days but before 180 days..... Rs.300

13 July 2017 And sir condonation letter for form 109 i.e. Termination of articleship will be singned by me or pricipal?

13 July 2017 Preferably by the CA. (In the cases where CA declines to sign the condonation letter, let the articled sign the same. (Avoid giving the reasons for delay due to CA)

13 July 2017 Sir, Principal has declined to sign the condonation letter for form 109 then can I write it on my behalf or sign the same by myself only. But sir icai told me that there is no requirement of condonation in case of form 109.Isit true or not?

13 July 2017 You write the letter. Also send the the late fee as per ICAI notifiction.
upto 180 days ...Rs300/-
beyond 180 days....Rs.1000/-
