Late submission of 108 form

07 August 2012 this is regarding late submission of form 108............i am not able to understand the calculation of delayed 180 days..........my articleship is over on 17.1.2012 so am i supoose to calculate 180 days from this date or after the due date thats 17.2.12.
it makes a lot of difference to me because if its date of ending articleship then my 180days are over or else i m still under 180 days
