Late sending of articleship form 103

10 December 2016 sir,
I am working in ca firm since august ,2016.my coversion regd. from IPCC to Direct entry IPCC is done one aug-11-2016. but i want to register my articleship training from 1-9-2016. So, For the late submission of FORM 103--1. what will be the procedure i have follow to show my commencement date from 1-9-16 and the documents which i have to mandatorily send for it?? 2. What are the quaries or requirements wiil be ask from ICAI Institiute for this process to the STUDENT and PRINCIPLE?/ IF Anybody had Personal Experience on this Matter Then please Share with me. THANKS!
