Can I file the Return of AY-2009-10 if the following returns are filed online
AY-2008-09, AY-2010-11, AY-2011-12.
If yes what is the penalty.... Please help me its urgent....

In case strong reasons are there to file a time barred return, AO should be requested to issue a notice U/s 148 for requiring the assessee to file the return of AY 2009-10.

Or AO can be requested to give notice U/s 142(1) and then you can file your returns for that year.
