IS LATE FILING FEES OF GSTR-3B FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2017 IS WAIVED BY GOVERNMENT, IF NOT THEN WHAT AMOUNT I HAVE TO PAY ON 17-OCT-1, IF I FILE IT TODAY.
ALSO, CAN I FILE GSTR-1 OF AUGUST 2017, WITHOUT FILING GSTR-3B.
ALSO, CAN I FILE GSTR-1 OF AUGUST 2017, WITHOUT FILING GSTR-3B.

Its not waived off.....
As per what i work i conclude that.....
If no return filed till date then penalty is from 200/- per day from 20 Sept to date of filing.
If you submit & filed on same day any time then no penalty.
If submitted by you & not filed by you then 200/- per day from date of submission to date of filing.
