late filing fees under GST

22 September 2017 I do remember that Govt announced that no late fee,penal action for lat filing for few months. But now, 3B can not b uploaded w/o pmt of late fee of rs. 200 pr day. Any way out ?

22 September 2017 No way for without payment for late FEE.... Govt says it waived on July.. And no more notification for waiver of August.... Also pay the late fee and file the return. If we get any notification for waiver then we can get it...
