Late filing fees of documents with roc

PLEASE CLARIFY THE RATES FOR FILING DOCUMENTS WITH ROC ALONGWITH THE PERIODWISE LATE FILING FEES.

Dear Pawan,
The filing fee is based on the Authorised share capital of the company. The normal fee for filing any document is as follows
Rs.1,00,000 - Rs.4,99,999 - Rs.200
Rs.5,00,000 - Rs.24,99,999 - Rs.300
Rs.25,00,000 and above - Rs.500
Except annual return (e-Form20B) all other forms are required to file within 30 days to avoid the additional fee.

Additional fee as per section 611(2) is also depends on the 'date of the event'. Fee can be automatically calculated from https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=15
