04 October 2011 PLEASE CLARIFY THE RATES FOR FILING DOCUMENTS WITH ROC ALONGWITH THE PERIODWISE LATE FILING FEES.

04 October 2011 Dear Pawan,

The filing fee is based on the Authorised share capital of the company. The normal fee for filing any document is as follows

Rs.1,00,000 - Rs.4,99,999 - Rs.200
Rs.5,00,000 - Rs.24,99,999 - Rs.300
Rs.25,00,000 and above - Rs.500

Except annual return (e-Form20B) all other forms are required to file within 30 days to avoid the additional fee.
