Late fee wrongly paid under head 'penalty'

23 October 2017 While paying late fee for filing GSTR 3B I paid the amount under 'PENALTY' (I once again paid under Late Fee and submitted the relavant GSTR 3B)
Kindly guide me as to how to get refund of amount wrongly paid under head 'PENALTY'

23 October 2017 First of I Say you "Very Good" for again paid and filed...

You can get it as refund....
But, The refund option is not available now... So, Wait on further availability. After available you ll file RFD-01 form and get back Refund...
