While filing GSTR 3B belatedly, the return filing late fee was paid erroneously under the wrong head 'Taxes & CESS',
and again paid under the correct head 'FEES' and filed the Return.
1. Now, how I can get back/set-off the above amount wrongly paid under 'Fees&CESS' head;
