my registration effect form 29.08.2017, but my business day is started on sep 1 st 2017, i am not file august 3b . but late fee will be applicable . how to wave is late payment . plz advice me as soon as possible.

22 October 2017 Yes... I agreed with Mr Arun Kumar Singh., You ll file GSTR 3B for the month of August. Bcoz, Your transaction start from August 29th. So, You file your return immediately... Also the late waiver related notification not available. So, wait on further notifications.... GOOD LUCK...
