What is the Last day of filing returns with proprietorship business?

Last date for filing returns in case of Proprietorship Business:July 31st because proprietorship is nothing but individual only.

Are you sure? In this case there is business income, so it may not be same as individual with salary income. Please confirm.

For the AY 2011-12, If the individual is not covered under Tax Audit , the return filing date is same as of salaried person i.e. 31-07-2011.
In case of TAx Audit case the date of return filing is 30.09.2011.
In case of TAx Audit case the date of return filing is 30.09.2011.
