I cleared my Ipcc Group-I in May-2011 & Group-II in Nov-2011 & i registered myself for article in aug-2011 so i can appeared for ca final exam in May-14(after 2.5 Article tenure). So what will be the last date of ca final registration for that attempt????

You already registered for your articleship so at any time before the filling of CA Final Examination form you can register for CA Final.
