Hi, I have some confusion regarding the last date upto which an individual must make savings in order to claim deduction u/s 80c for A.Y 2011-12. Is it 31.03.2011 or it can be done later than that as well?? Plz help..

It should be done on or before 31.03.2011

Investment should be made with in same financial year in which you want deduction.
