It Depends from state to state. In AP its 5th of next month.

Dear Dashrath,
1. As per Karnataka, 20th of the Subsequent month is the last date for remitting Professinal Tax.
2. If the tax liability is less than Rs.2,500.00, you may opt for Quarterly Payment.
3. 30th May of every year is the last date for filing Annual Statement in Form 5.
