In case if same is not uploaded, what are the consequences (1) person who claims HRA ?

In case if same is uploaded what is the risk to landlord ?

Does he invites any query or inquiry from department ?

12 June 2012 if not submitted then they will raise query about PAN of landlord.
when you submit the PAN then they will check your landlord return for taking your rent as income from house property. if he is not showing this then he will get notice.
