14 September 2012 1 hectare,52 are, 37 square meter.
according my calculation,area is 16237 square meters.
is it true?????!!

15 September 2012 There is always rounding off differences in land measurements. If you are not doing it for 80Ib, then the calculation is correct.

18 September 2012 The best way could be to get the land measured by the measurement engineers OR go by telling LUMP SUM amount to builder whichever is economical to you.
