I want to Know If I am providing Labours to Companies what kind of Registrations I have to take for it ?
From where and How ?
It effects Service tax ? or any other taxation laws ?
Many more Which I forgot to ask pls reply me

15 November 2009 First you get labour license in case per day strenth of worker 10 or more than 10.
(2) Esic Number in case esic not cover in your area then get a worker compensation policy
(3) PF number required incase 20 or nore than 20 person working in a single day.
(4) Service tax number required in case your annual billing more than 10 lacs.

In Vadodara District,Gujarat where I have to Apply for the Registration ?
Its Simple or Complicated to be registered.
Is there any fees or not to registered?
If I am starting this Professional So If there is any need to registration like this ? and what about Wages Register if I am starting right now ?
